Lucknow Super Giants Full Squad IPL 2022: One of the two newly introduced teams, Lucknow Super Giants will be making their debut in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League. They were outstanding at the Mega Auction IPL 2022. The franchise bought most of their key players on the first day itself. They ensured they pick a strong Indian core, having acquired the likes of Krunal Pandya, Deepak Hooda, Manish Pandey, Avesh Khan., K Gowtham and Manan Vohra among others.
They invested heavily to acquire the services of world-class players such as Jason Holder, Quinton de Kock, and Avesh Khan to name a few. For a backup in the opening slot, they invested in Evin Lewis for just INR 2 crore. Besides, they also picked an experienced spinner in Shahbaz Nadeem for just INR 50 lacks.
Before the auctions, they picked three players in the pre-auction draft, namely KL Rahul, Marcus Stoinis, and Ravi Bishnoi. Lucknow Rising Super Giants have numerous multi-faceted cricketers and this could help them a lot as far as reaching the top-four is concerned.
