Mumbai Indians has emerged as the leading sports club after the franchise registered the highest brand value in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 held in UAE.
The IPL champions showed an impressive spike of 7.1% in its brand value in the sponsor market. The franchise is the only one to register an upsurge in its brand value in 13th edition of the IPL.
The franchise also registered the top score in the Brand Strength Index (BSI), with a score of 76.9 out of 100. It also received a brand strength rating of AA+. The team was valued at USD 70.3 mn owing to its growth this year.

Following Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings acquired second spot in terms of brand value, while Kolkata Knight Riders ranked third.
Mumbai Indians have been the most successful teams in all the 13 editions of the mega tournament. It has been a champion for five times throughout the seasons.
