The season’s schedule and the locations have been revealed by the Legends League Cricket 2022 T20 tournament’s organisers. September 16 to October 8, 2022, will see play over the whole event.
The India Maharajas and the World Giants will play a unique match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata to kick off the competition. Eoin Morgan captains the international team, while Sourav Ganguly, the president of the BCCI, will lead the Indian team. This game will be held as a tribute to India’s 75th anniversary of independence.
The other locations for the Legends League Cricket 2022 are New Delhi, Cuttack, Lucknow, and Jodhpur. Also, Kolkata will host a total of three matches from September 16 to September 18. The locations for the semifinals and championship games will be revealed later.
With the exception of Jodhpur and Lucknow, where two matches are scheduled, each of the grounds will host three matches.
Ravi Shastri, Commissioner, Legends League Cricket said, “We are coming to mesmerise the cricketing fans at these wonderful cricket grounds. This festival season we will be presenting the cricket carnival with Top Legends competing for the first Legends League Cricket Title.”
It was stated in a formal statement that players from ten different foreign nations will be taking part in the league’s special match. As per the announcement, The Legends League Cricket event will feature 4 teams. And there will be a total of 15 games this season.

Kolkata: 16th to 18th September 2022
Lucknow: 21st to 22nd September 2022
New Delhi: 24th to 26th September 2022
Cuttack: 27th to 30th September 2022
Jodhpur: 1st and 3rd October 2022
Play-Offs: 5th, and 7th October 2022 – Venue to be announced
Finals on 8th October 2022- Venue to be announced
