CSK vs MI Live Score: Chennai Super Kings are knocked out of the race for the playoffs as they suffered a 5-wicket defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians on Thursday at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Chennai, however, fought hard with the ball and gave themselves a glimmer of hope at the start of the second innings. However, Shokeen then joined hands with Tilak Varma and the duo added 48 runs for the fifth wicket to help the team win the match in the end.
Shokeen got out after scoring 18 runs in 23 balls but Varma remained right till the end and carried his team home inside 15 overs. He played an unbeaten knock of 34 runs in 32 balls, while Tim David scored 16 off 7 balls.
