Kolkata Knight Riders beat RCB by 4 wickets in the IPL 2021 Eliminator on Monday to book a place in Qualifier 2, which is scheduled to be played against Delhi Capitals on Thursday. Sunil Narine starred for them with both bat and ball.
He picked four wickets with the ball in the first innings, including three crucial wickets of AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli and Glenn Maxwell. His bowling exploits meant RCB were restricted to just 138 runs in the first innings. Later, Narine gave the side a much-needed impetus needed in the middle overs to help them chase down the score rather comfortably. Narine scored 26 off 15 balls and KKR chased down the score in 19.4 overs.
