Pakistan vs England: The Pakistan men’s team is all set to travel to England for their limited-overs series. The members of the Pakistan Cricket Team squad for the tour to England will assemble on 20th June 2021 in Lahore, where they would spend a five-day isolation period. Pakistan is scheduled to play three ODIs and as many T20s against England, starting from 8th July 2021.
Upon arrival in Lahore, the players will spend a five-day isolation period before departing for the UK. The players will be first testing for Covid on 16th June at their respective homes. This will be followed by another test upon arrival in Lahore on 20th June.
All the players who are part of the England tour and are currently participating in the Pakistan Super League 2021 will reach directly from UAE to England.
“Squad members will undergo their next Covid-19 test on 23 June, after which they will depart for Manchester on 25 June via a chartered flight from Lahore,” Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said in a statement
Upon arrival in Derby, the Pakistan squad would travel to Manchester where they will spend a 10-day isolation period. On the first three days, the players will stay in complete isolation. However, the players are allowed to train for the next seven days of isolation. After spending the 10-day isolation period, the squad would travel to Cardiff, where they will play their first ODI on 8th July 2021.
The Pakistan Cricket Team will play three ODIs against England on 8th, 10th and 13th July. This will be followed by three T20s on 16th, 18th and 20th July 2021.
