Quetta Gladiators have signed signed West Indies star Chris Gayle for the upcoming season of the Pakistan Super League. The left-handed batsman has been roped in by the franchise following his performance in the 13th edition of IPL in the UAE.

England’s Tom Banton has also been drafted by the Gladiators while Australia’s hard-hitter Chris Lynn will move to Multan Sultans from his Lahore Qalandars.

Qalandars already boast of the inclusion of Afghanistan’s spin maestro Rashid Khan and England’s Joe Denly and Samit Patel. Another team Peshawar Zalmi franchise have signed South African batsman David Miller as an international signing.

Karachi Kings have signed Afghanistan’s all rounder Mohammad Nabi while spinner Mujeeb Ur Rehman has been picked by Peshawar Zalmi for 2021 edition.

The fifth edition of the Pakistan Super League will begin at the start of February and the finals will take place on March 22 with the matches to be shared between Karachi and Lahore.
