Bengaluru will host the Ranji Trophy 2021-22 knockouts beginning June 4, with the final set to take place in a bio-bubble from June 20 to 24.
Forty-one-time Champions of the Ranji Trophy Uttarakhand will play Mumbai, and Karnataka will play Uttar Pradesh. Bengal, on the other hand, will meet Jharkhand in the first round, while Punjab will face Madhya Pradesh in the second.
Following a three-day break, both semi-finals will be held on June 12-16. According to an ESPNcricinfo article, there will be no forced quarantine for the knockout matches, but all teams must arrive with a negative RT-PCR test.
The first phase of the Ranji Trophy, which included the league phase and one pre-quarterfinal, took place prior to the start of the IPL 2022. Because of the Covid-19 outbreak, India’s primary first-class cricket tournament has been postponed till 2020-21. It was the first time since the 1934-35 season that the Ranji Trophy was not played.

CK Nayudu Trophy:
Meanwhile, the BCCI is preparing for the Under25 CK Nayudu Trophy, which will be competed in the same format as the Ranji Trophy, with four teams in the Elite Group and one team in the Plate Group. The sites for the Plate Group games are Bengaluru, Trivandrum, Surat, Rajkot, Jaipur, Delhi, Vijaywada, Pondicherry, and Cuttack.
