Indian pacer T Natarajan took his first Covid-19 jab on Thursday. He updated his fans on the same by putting out a Tweet on his Twitter handle. He thanked all the health workers who have been working tirelessly to overcome the current Covid-19 situation in India.
“Am so grateful to get my Vaccine this morning. A million thanks to our incredible health care workers who have put themselves at risk for our people.” He wrote on twitter.
T Natarajan stays relevant on social media. He actively posts pictures and videos on Twitter to updates his fans.
T Natarajan was last seen in the IPL 2021 while plying his trade for Sunrisers Hyderabad. However, mid-way through the tournament, he suffered a knee injury, and consequently, he was ruled out of the tournament. He played only two matches in the tournament and took two wickets.
The BCCI had wished him a speedy recovery and hops to see him back as soon as possible. The team India is all set to tour the UK to play against New Zealand for the World Test Championship final, followed by a five-match series against England.
The BCCI recently announced the 24-member squad for the tour, including four standby players. Meanwhile, a second-string Indian side will travel to Sri Lanka for a white-ball series. The series will mark as an opportunity for the young Indian players to push their case ahead of the T20 World Cup, scheduled to be held later this year.
