Virat Kohli is an animated cricketer. He would wear his emotions on his sleeves and in the second ODI against England, he yet again put that on display. Virat Kohli scored 66 runs in the first innings, helping India reach 336 runs in 50 overs. However, the skipper looked clueless in the second innings as England batted beautifully and gave India no chance of winning the game.
Virat Kohli looked animated in the second innings. He wasn’t able to control his emotions as boundaries kept flowing all across the ground. Meanwhile, a video has surfaced on social media where the Indian skipper could be seen arguing over Nitin Menon for a wide-ball call.
During the 27th over of the innings, Nitin Menon called a wide-ball after which Virat Kohli went to the umpire to call prove it was a wrong decision made by the former. Kohli felt that the ball was well inside of the tramline and it should not have been given wide ball. Nitin Menon, in response, ignored him completely, leaving the fans in splits.

Many cricket pundits have often come out in the past and lashed out at Virat for showing dissent to the umpire. They believe that Kohli shouldn’t argue with the umpires and concentrate on what’s in his control. Nevertheless, England have made a roaring comeback to level the series 1-1 on Friday. The third and final ODI will be played on Sunday at Maharashtra Associaton Cricket Stadium, Pune.
