West Indies Legends have registered their first win of the 2021 Road Safety World Series after beating Bangladesh Legends by 5 wickets on Saturday. Both teams fought their hearts out with West Indies reaching home eventually. Bangladesh batted first and posted a formidable 169-run total in the first innings. West Indies too made a blistering start to their innings. The opening partnership lasted 2.5 overs. William Perkins and Ridley Jacobs added 29 runs during that duration. Dwayne Smith too got out cheaply, however, the runs were coming quick and fast.

With this win, West Indies are now sitting at the fifth position, while Bangladesh is languishing at the bottom of the points table.
