Wisden Cricketers of the Year: The 2022 edition of the Wisden Almanack winner list has been released. It consists of two Indians who are Rohit Sharma and Pacer Jasprit Bumrah. The other winner includes Devon Conway, Ollie Robbinson, and Dane van Niekerk.
Joe Root has been named the World’s Best Cricketer, while Lizelle Lee of South Africa has been named the World’s Best Woman Cricketer. Mohammad Rizwan has been named the World’s Leading T20I Cricketer.
Devon Conway created history when he became the first player in England to make a double century on his Test debut. The 29-year-old then followed up with an 80 at Edgbaston, which helped New Zealand win its first series in England in 22 years.
