SA vs IRE: The next international men’s series begins on Wednesday at the Seat Unique Stadium in Bristol, with Ireland Men taking against South Africa Men in two Twenty20 Internationals. In a blow to the Proteas, Kagiso Rabada has been ruled out of the two matches.

According to captain David Miller, the 27-year-old player has been rested owing to an ankle injury and is anticipated to be out of action for an upcoming couple of weeks because of that.

The injury had also caused Rabada to be replaced by Anrich Nortje in the first two matches of the series against England.

The first T20I match of the series will be played on August 3, 2022, while the second T20I will be played on August 5, 2022.

South Africa is unquestionably the favourite for the match, but Ireland has shown glimpses of a much better squad in recent years and can put up a decent fight against the Proteas.

South Africa has won the previous three Twenty20 Internationals between Ireland and South Africa.

Ireland has lost all five of its most recent Twenty20 International matches. South Africa, on the other side, has lost three of their past five T20I matches.
