SCO vs HEA: The 33rd match of the Big Bash League 2022 will have Perth Scorchers take on Brisbane Heat at Perth Stadium on Saturday. The Scorchers have been in stunning form. They are sitting at the top with 5 wins in 7 matches but would be desperate to win the clash on Saturday in a bid to stay at the top.

Perth Scorchers Preview:

The Scorchers suffered a 6-wicket loss in their last match against the Sydney Thunders. Looking at their powerful batting unit, Scorchers would be disappointed with the way they batted in their last match.

All the top four batters such as Du Plessis, A Lyth, Bancroft, and Josh Inglis got out on single-digit scores. However, skipper, Ashton Turner continued his purple patch as he yet again played an outstanding knock of 61 runs in 37 deliveries, including 3 fours and as many sixes.

Thanks to his knock, the Scorchers managed to score 142 runs in the first innings. however, it didn’t prove enough as Sydney Thunders chased down the score in 17 overs.

Jhye Richardson picked two wickets, while Behrendorff picked one. However, overall, it was a dismal bowling performance from them.

Brisbane Heat Preview:

On the other hand, Brisbane Heat, too, would be desperate for a win to stay in contention for the playoffs. They have 3 wins out of 7 matches and would be looking to showcase their best show with both bat and ball.

After defeating Adelaide Strikers by 7 wickets, Hobart Hurricanes played against them in their very next game and suffered a 7-wicket defeat. Hobart Hurricanes batted brilliantly as they notched a huge score of 229 runs in the first innings.

However, despite that, they lost the game as Adelaide chased it down in 19.3 overs. For Hobart, the likes of Ben McDermott, Jewell, and Crawley score respective half-centuries. As far as the bowling is concerned, Patrick Dooley was the only one who made impressive returns of 2 for 25 in 4 overs.

SCO vs HEA Playing 11 (Probable):

Hobart Hurricanes:

Caleb Jewell, Ben McDermott, Matthew Wade (c & wk), Zak Crawley, Tim David, Asif Ali, Mitchell Owen, Faheem Ashraf, Nathan Ellis, Patrick Dooley, Riley Meredith

Perth Scorchers:
