Suresh Raina thanks Punjab Police for catching killers of his relatives

Former Indian all-rounder Suresh Raina thanked Punjab CM Amarinder Singh and police for arresting the murders of his relatives.

Last month, Raina’s uncle was killed while his aunt was very critical after some men broke into their Pathankot residence. The all-rounder had tweeted about the incident and now the Punjab Police has taken the action and made arrests.

Raina updated his fans about the recent development as he posted a tweet and thanked Punjab police, acknowledging their efforts.

Raina’s uncle Ashok Kumar and his cousin Kaushal Kumar lost their lives after the robbers broke into their house and launched fire.

Captain Amarinder Singh informed that police arrested three members of a gang on the case. While Punjab DGP Dinkar Gupta said that police is yet to arrest at least 11 members of the gang.

Earlier, Raina had pulled out of the IPL 2020 citing “personal reasons” and later the veteran bowler Harbhajan Singh also pulled out of the tournament.
