Welcome back to our live blog for Day 1 of the second Test match between England and West Indies, happening at Old Trafford, Manchester.

Toss and Teams: West Indies skipper Jason Holder has won the toss and decided to bowl. No changes in the West Indies eleven while England make four. As expected, Joe Root comes in for Joe Denly while Stuart Broad, Sam Curran and Chris Woakes replace James Anderson, Mark Wood and Jofra Archer.
Jofra Archer was dropped from the second Test match against the Windies for breaching the bio-secure protocols, while Anderson and Wood have been put to rest.

There are two wet patches that have caused some issues – one on the bowling run-up from the Anderson end and one on the pitch.
