WBBL 6: Adelaide Strikers re-sign Stafanie Taylor for the upcoming season

WBBL team Adelaide Strikers have re-signed the West Indies skipper Stafanie Taylor for the forthcoming season of the tournament.

Taylor had played for the Strikers last season, but seldom played many game for the side due to the international commitments.

She only played a couple of matches and took 3/26 in her first match against the Melbourne Renegades in 2019.

The 29-year-old was a part of the the WBBL since its inception and played for Sydney Thunder for the starting four seasons.

Last year, she joined the Strikers and will continue to be the part of the franchise for the 6th edition of the league starting October 25.

“I’m really pleased that I was able to return to the Strikers in a competition that has been so great for my career,” Taylor said.

“The Strikers are a fantastic franchise and I can’t wait to get started this season.” she added.

All the franchises have announced their 15-member squad except the Hobart Hurricanes who are yet to fill more 5 spots in the squad.
