Zimbabwe is all packed and ready for the upcoming two months. They have in-queue tours coming from Bangladesh and India and later a trip to Australia after 18 years.

India will play three one-day internationals in Harare on August 18, 20, and 22. They haven’t toured Zimbabwe since 2016. The series is a component of the ICC ODI Super League. It identifies the seven direct qualifiers and the hosts for the 50-over World Cup in India in 2019. Zimbabwe is presently ranked 12th out of a total of 13 teams, with only three victories in 15 games. The ODI series is due to end a week before the 2022 Asia Cup. The Cup will be held in the UAE from August 27 to September 11.

Zimbabwe will have the chance to adjust to Australian conditions when they tour the nation for three ODIs.  This is because they have secured a spot at this year’s T20 World Cup. The ODI’s will be at Townsville on August 28, August 31, and September 3.

Zimbabwe hasn’t toured Australia since 2003–04. The two countries’ most recent ODI match-up occurred in a tri-series in 2014, prior to the 2015 World Cup.

Bangladesh will play Zimbabwe in three T20Is from July 30 to August 2. It will be followed by three ODIs on August 5, 7, and 10. Harare cricket ground will host all the games. That series will be followed by India’s tour.

Zimbabwe won the eight-team qualifying competition in Bulawayo earlier this week, securing their place at the 2022 T20 World Cup. Sikandar Raza returned 4 for 8 in the championship match as they defeated the Netherlands by 37 runs.
